Terms and Conditions
- 1. Introduction
- All products and services offered by Metrocity Holidays are subject to these Terms and Conditions. Your contract with Metrocity Holidays is governed by these terms.
- 2. Booking
- A contract is formed with Metrocity Holidays when we confirm availability for your tour, and we receive your signed Travel Confirmation Form and deposit.
- 3. Deposit
- A 50% deposit of the tour cost is required upon booking with Metrocity Holidays.
- 4. Payment
- You can make payments to Metrocity Holidays by cheque, demand draft (DD), cash, or credit card. A 3% surcharge will apply on card payments. If booking is made within 10 working days of departure, full payment is required.
- 5. Balance Payment
- Full payment for the tour is due at least 30 days before departure. If not paid on time, your booking will be cancelled by Metrocity Holidays, and cancellation fees will apply.
- 6. Cancellation
- If you cancel your holiday, you must inform Metrocity Holidays in writing. Cancellation charges are based on how close the cancellation is to the departure date:
- More than 45 days before departure: Deposit only.
- 44–30 days before departure: 40% of total cost.
- 29–15 days before departure: 60% of total cost.
- Less than 15 days before departure: 90% of total cost.
- If Metrocity Holidays cancels the tour, you will receive a full refund.
- 7. Changing Your Booking
- You can change your booking by contacting Metrocity Holidays in writing. Changes may incur an administration fee and additional costs.
- 8. Scope of Service
- Metrocity Holidays arranges and organizes travel services, but we do not operate airlines, hotels, or transport. We are not responsible for delays, poor service, or accidents caused by independent contractors.
- 9. Travel Documents
- It’s your responsibility to have valid travel documents, including passports and visas. Metrocity Holidays is not responsible for any issues with your visa or travel documents.
- 10. Health & Insurance
- You must inform Metrocity Holidays if you have any medical conditions that may affect your trip. We recommend you have travel insurance for your safety and health.
- 11. Liability
- Metrocity Holidays is not responsible for any injury, illness, loss, or damage during your tour. We are also not liable for issues caused by airlines, hotels, or other third parties.
- 12. Travel Conditions
- You must follow the tour itinerary. If you miss the tour or leave early, there will be no refund for unused services. Metrocity Holidays reserves the right to cancel your participation if your behavior disrupts the tour.
